Provide technical assistance to the sales team by addressing product queries, conducting product training, and searching for innovative solutions that address customer needs.


Executes solutions for IECI's customers by surveying the site, installing, commissioning, maintaining, and repairing the systems provided.



Serve as a key contact between IECI and its customers by setting meetings, introducing product offerings, and relaying customer concerns to the relevant departments.


Manage the process of executing our system solutions by coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed correctly, on time, and within budget.
